Q. Has COVID-19 affected shipping times?

A. No. We are still fulfilling all new orders and have taken extensive precautions to keep our employees and customers safe while continuing to meet the same quality and service standards that we have always been committed to. All our teams that are capable have been transitioned to remote work and our production facilities have been completely reworked to allow for ample distancing and disinfecting while providing protective gloves and masks that we’re manufacturing in-house.

 

Q. How do I get started?

A. You can get started either by first selecting an apparel option from our catalog, choosing one of our t-shirt designs. When you are ready, head to the checkout where you will choose sizes, quantities, and the print method that’s best for you. Q. What apparel options can I choose from?

A. We offer an entire catalog of different styles and colors that range from cost effective to premium. You can find everything from t-shirts to sweatshirts, lady’s styles to youth, in our apparel catalog You can check out our video on how to find the right product for more details.

 

Q. How is the cost of my order calculated?

A. The first factor used to calculate the cost of your order is the type of apparel and color you choose. These range from cost effective to premium and depend on the style and material. Second is the number of print locations. You have the option to design on the front and back, but you can also keep costs to a minimum by just sticking to one location. If you select screen printing as the print method for your order, we also consider the number of colors in your design and apply bulk discounts for higher quantity orders. There is a quote calculator on every apparel product page, and we have a few money saving tips to make sure you get the best price possible.

 

Q. What’s the difference between screen printing and digital printing?

A. With digital printing, your design is printed directly from the computer to the shirt using large ink jet printers. This technique allows you to print tons of colors making it a perfect choice for full-color photographs. Plus, digital printing allows us to offer custom t-shirts with no minimum order requirement.

Screen printing is a more traditional t-shirt customization method in which each color in a design is separated and burned to individual fine-mesh screens. Ink is then transferred to the shirt through the screen. Teams, organizations, and businesses usually opt for screen printing because it is more cost-effective for printing large custom apparel orders.

Q. What happens after I place my order?

A. Every order begins with a thorough review by our customer service team to make sure that each detail of your order is inspected.

It is then passed off to our art team where we inspect your designs and make automatic fixes like alignment, spelling mistakes, and even smooth out rough and pixelated uploaded images before setting up your design for the appropriate print method.

Once we have prepared your order to print, it then makes multiple stops through our production process where each t-shirt is inspected for accuracy and quality before landing at our final inspection prior to shipment.

Once shipped, you can monitor your package with the tracking number provided either in the shipping email you receive, or by logging in to your account and heading over to your Order History.

Q. Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

A. At Teddy-u.com, we process orders super-fast — which means, unfortunately, that we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after you have submitted your order. To avoid issues, we recommend double-checking your order before you place it. Of course, if you do happen to make an error on your order, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

 

Q. Can I still get a bulk order discount if my design is the same, but it is printed on multiple colors and styles?

A. Yes, we are happy to adjust your order to reflect the bulk pricing discount on multiple styles and shirt colors. As long and the design will not be changing, we can make adjustments to the order. Just give us a call at 866 440-8237 and we will be happy to make the adjustments for you.

 

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

A. At Teddy-u.com we are looking to exceed your expectations. We would be happy to remedy any issues with an order because we want to impress with our speed, quality and service.

Q. Where can you ship to?

Q. How does sizing work?

A. Sizing can vary depending on the brand and style. That is why we include a detailed sizing chart on every product page to take out the guesswork. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact usor check out our Products & Sizing page for more details.

 

Q. Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

A. We gladly accept institutional checks and purchase orders from schools, businesses, and other organizations. Just contact usand our customer service team will be happy to help.

 

Q. Can I print trademarked materials?

A. For certain uploaded materials, we may ask that you provide written proof that you have the right to use an image, or you may be contacted by our service team with a concern regarding copyrighted or trademarked uploads. Q. Can you provide vinyl names and numbers?

A. We can provide custom names/numbers and Logos for your custom shirts! Custom vinyl names OR numbers and Logos are an additional $6.00 per shirt. Want both? Custom names AND numbers are $8.00 per shirt. Click hereto learn more or contact us.

 

Q. Can I print on the sleeve?

A. Yes! We do offer sleeve printing, but only for screen printed orders at this time. The price for this is determined by a few factors, but if you have a design idea in mind, we would be happy to discuss this with you in more details. Q. How do I share my design with others?

A. You can easily share the designs you create via email, Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. Simply click the corresponding icon at the bottom right of the design studio.

 

Q. Can I resell shirts I’ve purchased from Teddy-u.com?

A. Yes, you can resell shirts you have purchased from us if they use our clip art or uploaded images that you own the rights to.

 

Q. What if I need a size or product not listed on your website?
